WELCOME!
The Coosa Valley Fair marks the beginning of Fall for the residents of the Coosa
Valley including Northwest Georgia and Northeast Alabama.

Known as Fall's Finest Festival, the
Fair has been sponsored by the Exchange Club of Rome continuously since its founding in 1949.

Continuing the trends set in recent years, if the weather cooperates, the Fair will be attended by 80,000 raving fans during it's 5 day run, October 2  through October 6, 2012.

Village Offers Double Whammy Deal!

Great News from the Coosa Village Building: We are kicking off our "early bird" vendor period May 1, 2013!  We are now offering the "Double Whammy Deal" this year which means for $100 more over your regular vendor space price (see below), you also receive space on the fence leading up to the main gate for your organization’s sign!  So, if you combine the early bird pricing (whammy one), and the deep discount on hanging your sign on the fence (whammy two)...you have a double whammy!  Actually, it is a triple whammy because not only will you receive great early bird pricing on your vendor space, a location for your organization’s sign leading up to the main entrance to the Fair, but also your organization will be mentioned in Fair newspaper and radio ads, along with links on the website...that makes it a TRIPLE WHAMMY for signing up early and one sweet deal!

See our Village Page for registration and more info!

Details:

Early Registration Deadline August 25, 2013

Single Vendor Space: 10 x 10 $150 ($200 after Aug. 25th)

Double Vendor Space: 10 x 20 $200 ($ 300 after August 25th)

Double Whammy Deal: Early Bird booth pricing plus $100, you can have  a sign (you provide) for the fence leading up to the front gate, not to exceed 4’ high and 8’ wide, and receive newspaper and radio mentions for your booth.

First Saturday Sales Successful

The First Saturday Sales at the fairgrounds are history.  Both the bargain sellers and bargain shoppers braved the early morning cold to prove the early bird does get the best bargains first as the Exchange Club of Rome finished out this year's series of sales to help raise funds for community work.  Committee Chair Scottie Edwards assured both sellers and buyers that we would see them next year and the first First Saturday Sale would be April 6, 2013.
