Scholastic Honors: Selected as Regional Semi-finalist for the 2009 Rhodes Scholarship;
Graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami; Recognized on the President's List,
Provost's List, or Dean's List every semester; Chosen as member of Gamma Sigma Alpha, Rho
Lambda, and Omicron Delta Kappa honor societies.

Leadership Roles: Elected as Assistant Chief Justice of the University of Miami Supreme
Court; Served on the Executive Board Programming Board, and as Judicial chair for Zeta Tau
Alpha sorority; Mentor for adolescent girls of Hillside Hospital; Active volunteer with the Florida
Breast Health Initiative, Miami Pan-Hellenic Women's Organization, and Junior League of
Miami.

Accomplishments: Awarded the Constance Weldon Scholarship - a full, four-year scholarship
honoring excellence in academics and leadership; Performed as a soloist in Carnegie Hall with
two different ensembles; Nominated for the Edward T. Foote Award for Academic and
Leadership Excellence - one of the highest honors at the University of Miami; Nominated for
the Vice President's Award for Service which recognizes two outstanding seniors at the
University of Miami; Recognized as the University of Miami " Student Government Member of
the Year"; Nominated by Zeta Tau Alpha sorority as the most outstanding member in the state
of Florida.

Interesting Facts: I enjoy playing chess and golf; I am an accomplished cook, baker, and
cake decorator; I can also play the alto saxophone and piano; I had the opportunity to live and
study in Valparaiso, Chile; I recently placed in a local rock climbing competition; I am a
certified scuba diver and have completed over twenty dives.

Employment: Summer Intern for law firm; Summer intern for superior court judge;
Mathematics tutor for Miami Hurricane athletes; Marketing Intern for Polio Tropical; Guest
oboist with local symphonies.
